I remember the good old days when the Alma College climbing wall was a place with routes for all abilities; a place where the best climbers honed their skills and set routes to help others develop theirs; a place where technical routes were more plentiful than look-at-this-big-move-I'm-such-a-badass routes.
Ah, the good old days...

Without knowing anything about climbing, I submit that easy sensationalism will always eventually overrun less flashy but infinitely more complex and learned technical pursuits. I know; I listen to classical music. ;)
